Effect of systematic nursing on psychological burden of patients with intestinal obstruction
系统护理对肠梗阻患者心理负担的影响探讨

摘要

目的 探讨肠梗阻患者采用系统护理对其心理负担的影响。方法 将研究时间定在2020.12-2021.12月，研究对象为上述期间我院收治的60例肠梗阻患者，采用随机分组的办法，分成研究组、常规组（n＝30），研究组予以系统护理，常规组予以常规护理，对两组护理后的影响展开对比。结果 在心理负担比较上，护理干预后，两组焦虑、抑郁评分比较无差异，P＞0.05，护理干预后，两组心理情绪均有所改善，研究组的焦虑、抑郁评分低于常规组，P＜0.05；护理满意度比较上，研究组高于常规组，P＜0.05；生活质量评分比较上，研究组的各项评分均优于常规组，P＜0.05。结论 系统护理用于肠梗阻患者当中，可降低患者心理负担，提升患者生活质量及对护理人员的满意，值得运用。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the effect of systematic nursing on the psychological burden of patients with intestinal obstruction.
Methods: the study time was set from December 2020 to December 2021. The subjects were 60 patients with intestinal obstruction treated in our hospital during the above period. They were randomly divided into study group and routine group (n = 30). The study group was given systematic nursing and the routine group was given routine nursing. The effects of the two groups after nursing were compared.
Results: in the comparison of psychological burden, there was no difference in the scores of anxiety and depression between the two groups after nursing intervention (P > 0.05). After nursing intervention, the psychological emotions of the two groups were improved. The scores of anxiety and depression in the study group were lower than those in the routine group (P < 0.05); In terms of nursing satisfaction, the study group was higher than the routine group (P < 0.05); The scores of the study group were better than those of the routine group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  : the application of systematic nursing in patients with intestinal obstruction can reduce the psychological burden of patients, improve the quality of life of patients and the satisfaction of nurses, which is worthy of application.
