Effect of nursing intervention on compliance and adverse reactions during rabies vaccination
狂犬病疫苗接种过程中护理干预对依从性及不良反应的效果观察

摘要

目的 谈论在狂犬病疫苗接种期间实行护理干预，对其依从性及不良反应的影响。方法 此次研究患者筛取从2020年10月开始，直至2021年10月期间笔者所在工作的医院收治的狂犬病疫苗接种人员，共计110例，依照电脑随机划分小组的方式归为对照组与实验组，每小组内部存在55例。对照组人员开展常规实行的护理服务，实验组人员在前者的基础上，实行优质护理服务，分析两小组人员的不良反应发生率、接种依从性、焦虑情绪、护理满意度。结果 实验组的并发症出现率（3.64%）改善更为显著比对照组（12.73%）更低；实验组与对照组相比于干预前其接种依从性及焦虑情绪得到显著改善，且实验组的接种依从性提升更为显著比对照组更高，焦虑情绪更低；实验组的护理满意度（94.55%）提升更为显著比对照组（85.45%）更高，组间差异用（P＜0.05）代表，具有研究性。结论 在狂犬病疫苗接种期间，对疫苗接种人员实行优质护理服务，利于降低不良反应的发生率，提高接种的成功率及安全性，值得增强临床推广力度及扩大推广范围。

Abstract

Objective: To discuss the effect of nursing intervention on compliance and adverse reactions during rabies vaccination.
Methods: a total of 110 patients with rabies vaccination treated in the hospital where the author works from October 2020 to October 2021 were screened. They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group according to the method of computer. There were 55 cases in each group. The control group carried out routine nursing services, and the experimental group carried out high-quality nursing services on the basis of the former. The incidence of adverse reactions, vaccination compliance, anxiety and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed.
Results: the incidence of complications in the experimental group (3.64%) improved more significantly than that in the control group (12.73%); Compared with the control group, the vaccination compliance and anxiety of the experimental group were significantly improved before the intervention, and the vaccination compliance of the experimental group was significantly improved, which was higher and lower than that of the control group; The improvement of nursing satisfaction in the experimental group (94.55%) was more significant than that in the control group (85.45%), and the difference between the groups was represented by (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  : during the rabies vaccination period, the implementation of high-quality nursing services for vaccination personnel is conducive to reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve the success rate and safety of vaccination. It is worth strengthening the clinical promotion and expanding the scope of promotion.
