摘要

目的 探究疼痛护理联合反馈式健康教育对泌尿系统结石手术患者疼痛程度、术后功能恢复及复发率影响。方法 选我院2019年9月至2020年8月期间35例泌尿系统结石手术患者，以随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组，分别为17例、18例，分别实施疼痛护理、疼痛护理+反馈式健康教育，比较两组患者术后不同时间点疼痛感受（VAS）、功能恢复及1年复发率。结果 术后5d观察组VAS评分较对照组低（P＜0.05）；护理后观察组残余尿量水平较对照组低，最大尿流量水平较对照组高（P＜0.05）；术后1年观察组复发率为5.56%，与对照组17.65%相近（P＞0.05）；观察组知识掌握程度明显好于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 对泌尿系统结石手术患者实施疼痛护理联合反馈式健康教育，效果显著。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the effect of pain nursing combined with feedback health education on the degree of pain, postoperative functional recovery and recurrence rate of patients with urinary calculi.
Methods 35 patients with urinary calculi in our hospital from September 2019 to August 2020 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 17 cases and 18 cases respectively. Pain nursing, pain nursing + feedback health education were implemented respectively. The pain perception (VAS), functional recovery and 1-year recurrence rate at different time points after operation were compared between the two groups.
Results the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group 5 days after operation (P < 0.05); After nursing, the level of residual urine volume in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the level of maximum urine flow was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05); One year after operation, the recurrence rate in the observation group was 5.56%, which was close to 17.65% in the control group (P > 0.05);The knowledge mastery of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   pain nursing combined with feedback health education is effective for patients with urinary calculi.
