Application of emergency nursing in patients with open fracture of limb shaft
急救护理在四肢骨干开放性骨折患者的应用

摘要

目的 研究急救护理在四肢骨干开放性骨折患者的应用效果。方法 研究时间为2020.1月-2022.1月，研究对象是这一期间我院收治的60例四肢骨干开放性骨折患者，根据护理方式的不同，将上述患者分成研究组和对照组，研究组予以急救护理，对照组予以常规护理，对两组的护理干预后的护理满意度、康复效果、生活质量、生活自理能力展开对比。结果 在护理满意度比较上，研究组的护理满意度评分为96.67％，对照组的护理满意度评分为73.33％，得知研究组铭明显高于对照组，P＜0.05；生活质量评分比较上，研究组的各项评分显著高于对照组，P＜0.05；在生活自理能力比较上，经干预后研究组的各项能力要优于对照组，P＜0.05；康复效果比较上，研究组的康复率要高于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 对四肢骨干开放性骨折患者来讲接受急救护理的效果要优于常规护理，不仅会提高患者的生活质量和生活自理能力，同时也会让患者满意护理人员的工作，值得运用。

Abstract

Objective To study the effect of emergency nursing in patients with open fracture of limb shaft.
Methods: the study period was from January 2021 to January 2022. The subjects were 60 patients with open fracture of limb shaft treated in our hospital during this period. According to different nursing methods, the above patients were divided into study group and control group. The study group was given emergency nursing and the control group was given routine nursing. The nursing satisfaction, rehabilitation effect, quality of life and self-care ability of the two groups were compared after nursing intervention.
Results: in the comparison of nursing satisfaction, the score of nursing satisfaction in the study group was 96.67% and that in the control group was 73.33%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05); The scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05); In the comparison of self-care ability, after the intervention, the abilities of the study group were better than those of the control group (P < 0.05); In terms of rehabilitation effect, the rehabilitation rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  : for patients with open fracture of limb shaft, the effect of emergency nursing is better than routine nursing. It will not only improve the quality of life and self-care ability of patients, but also make patients satisfied with the work of nurses, which is worthy of application.
