目的 研究分析在老年心脑血管病的治疗中采取中医辨证治疗的临床效果。方法 选择我院接受治疗的80例老年心脑血管病患者展开分析，入院时间在2020年2月-2021年8月，将参与研究的患者按照随机抽签法，共分为两组，即为观察组（n=40，实施中医辨证治疗）和对照组（n=40，实施常规西医治疗）。对比两组的疗效。结果 在经过治疗后，观察组的中医证候评分与对照组比较存在着明显差异，观察组的胸痛、肢体麻木、头晕、心悸、胸闷评分分别为（0.81±0.76）分、（1.04±1.13）分、(0.95±0.32)分、（0.51±0.50）分、（0.42±0.48）分，对照组分别为（1.23±0.94）分、(1.23±0.40)分、（1.62±1.10）分、（0.84±0.72）分、（0.79±0.62）分，观察组显著低于对照组；差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在老年心脑血管疾病的临床治疗中，与常规西药治疗相比较，中医辨证治疗的效果更为明显，值得推广。
Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of TCM syndrome differentiation in the treatment of senile cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases who received treatment in our hospital were selected for analysis. The admission time was from February 2020 to August 2021. The patients participating in the study were divided into two groups according to the random drawing method, that is, observation Group (n=40, implemented TCM syndrome differentiation treatment) and control group (n=40, implemented conventional western medicine treatment). The curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the TCM syndrome scores of the observation group were significantly different from those of the control group. The scores of chest pain, limb numbness, dizziness, palpitations and chest tightness in the observation group were (0.81±0.76) and (1.04±1.13) respectively. score, (0.95±0.32), (0.51±0.50), (0.42±0.48), the control group were (1.23±0.94), (1.23±0.40), (1.62±1.10), (0.84) ±0.72) points and (0.79±0.62) points, the observation group was significantly lower than the control group; the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the clinical treatment of elderly cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, compared with conventional western medicine treatment, the effect of TCM syndrome differentiation treatment is more obvious, which is worthy of promotion.
