医改新政下医院药学实习教学改革的实践及效果

摘要

目的 分析医改新政下医院药学实习教学改革操作和影响。方法 实验对象:2021年20名医院药房实习生和2022年20名医院药房医院实习生。实验方法:2021年医院药房实习生采取传统带教模式,设定为对照组;2022年医院药方实习生采取临床药学为中心教学模式,设定为观察组。实验目的:分析两种方式产生的实际效果。结果 观察组理论成绩、实际操作成绩显著高于对照组;观察组带教模式评价情况显著优于对照组,观察组实习生对教学模式满意度显著高于对照组,(P<0.05)为差异显著,有统计学意义。结论 医改新政下医院药学实习教学改革以临床药学为核心能够提高实习生学习成绩,能够激发实习生学习兴趣,对当前医院药学实习教学具有明显效果,值得推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the operation and impact of hospital pharmacy practice teaching reform under the new medical reform policy.
Methods Subjects: 20 hospital pharmacy interns in 2021 and 20 hospital pharmacy hospital interns in 2022. Experimental method: In 2021, the hospital pharmacy interns adopt the traditional teaching mode and set as the control group; in 2022, the hospital pharmacy intern adopts the clinical pharmacy-centered teaching mode and is set as the observation group. The purpose of the experiment: to analyze the actual effect of the two methods.
Results The theoretical performance and practical performance of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group; the evaluation of the teaching mode in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group, and the satisfaction of the interns in the observation group with the teaching mode was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Significant, statistically significant.
Conclusion   The reform of hospital pharmacy practice teaching under the new medical reform policy with clinical pharmacy as the core can improve the students' academic performance and stimulate their interest in learning.
