Study and analysis of the clinical effect of the decoction on patients with cor pulmonale
破格救心汤加味对肺心病患者临床效果研究分析

摘要

目的 探究分析破格救心汤加味对肺心病患者的临床效果。方法 选取于2020年1月至2021年1月至我院接受肺心病治疗的患者作为本次研究对象。按照电脑盲选的方式将患者随机分为对照组与观察组，共60例。对照组患者采用常规治疗，观察组患者采用常规治理的基础上结合破格救心汤的治疗措施。对比分析两组患者的治疗有效率、心功能相关指标、10分钟步行距离。结果 经治疗后对比分析发现，观察组患者的治疗有效率、心功能相关指标、10分钟步行距离明显优于对照组患者，其中P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论 采用破格救心汤的治疗手段对肺心病患者进行治疗能有效提升治疗有效率与患者心功能相关指标，在临床应有中有着显著的效果，值得推广与应用。

Abstract

Objective: To explore and analyze the clinical effect of the breakthrough heart-saving soup on patients with pulmonary heart disease.
Methods: Patients who received treatment for cor pulmonale disease from January 2020 to 20211 were selected as the subjects of this study. According to the method of computer blind selection, the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, a total of 100 cases. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional treatment, and the patients in the observation group were treated with treatment measures combined with the decontamination of the heart-saving soup on the basis of conventional treatment. Comparative analysis of therapeutic efficiency and cardiac function related indicators of the two groups of patients.
Results: After comparative analysis after treatment, it was found that the treatment efficiency and cardiac function related indicators of the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, of which P<0.05, and the difference was statistically significant.
Conclusion  : The use of the treatment method of breaking the heart soup to treat patients with pulmonary heart disease can effectively improve the efficiency of treatment and the indicators related to the patient's cardiac function, which has a significant effect in the clinical function and is worth promoting and applying.
