Efficacy of endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of nasal polyps and chronic sinusitis

摘要

目的 研究鼻窦内窥镜手术治疗鼻息肉和慢性鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法 选取我院2019年4月－2021年10月收治的90例鼻息肉和慢性鼻窦炎患者，不同手术方式分为实验组与对照组，每组45例，实验组实施鼻窦内窥镜手术治疗，对照组实施传统手术方式，比较两组临床疗效、术中出血量与鼻黏膜恢复时间、并发症发生率、嗅觉功能恢复情况。结果 实验组治疗有效率（97.77%）高于对照组（84.44%）；实验组术中出血量少于对照组，鼻黏膜恢复时间短于对照组；实验组并发症在总发生率低于对照组；术后第2周、第4周、第12周，实验组患者嗅觉功能评分均高于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 鼻息肉和慢性鼻窦炎患者应用鼻窦内窥镜手术治疗，取得了较好的效果，可减少术中出血量，缩短鼻黏膜恢复时间，提高嗅觉功能，降低术后并发症发生率。

Abstract

Objective: To study the clinical efficacy of endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of nasal polyps and chronic sinusitis.
Methods: 90 patients with nasal polyps and chronic sinusitis treated in our hospital from April 2020 to October 2021 were divided into experimental group and control group, with 45 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with endoscopic sinus surgery, and the control group was treated with traditional surgery. The clinical efficacy, intraoperative bleeding, recovery time of nasal mucosa, incidence of complications and recovery of olfactory function were compared between the two groups.
Results: the effective rate of the experimental group (97.77%) was higher than that of the control group (84.44%); The amount of intraoperative bleeding in the experimental group was less than that in the control group, and the recovery time of nasal mucosa was shorter than that in the control group; The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group; At 2, 4 and 12 weeks after operation, the scores of olfactory function in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  : endoscopic sinus surgery for patients with nasal polyps and chronic sinusitis has achieved good results, which can reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding, shorten the recovery time of nasal mucosa, improve the olfactory function and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
