无保护助产护理在促进初产妇自然分娩中的应用效果观察

摘要

目的 研究分析无保护助产护理在促进初产妇自然分娩中的应用效果。方法 选择我院接受治疗的400例初产妇展开分析，入院时间在2020年10月-2021年10月，以随机分配为原则，将患者按照数字表法分为观察组（n=200，实施无保护助产护理）和对照组（n=200，实施会阴保护助产护理）。分析临床应用效果。结果 两组产妇在经过护理干预后，在自然分娩率、会阴侧切率以及会阴撕裂率上进行对比能够得知，观察组均要优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；从并发症发生情况来看，在发生率上明显对照组更高，而观察组更低，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；在第一产程、第二产程阶段，观察组和对照组在上述阶段的时间上作比较能够发现，前者的时间都要短于后者，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；从两组的VAS评分、出血量和住院时间上来作对比，上述指标的数值两组有显著差异，对照组的数值均要明显高于观察组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在初产妇的分娩中，施以无保护助产护理取得了良好效果，不仅能够提高自然分娩率，减轻对会阴部位的损伤，缩短产程时间，减轻不适感，而且还能够有效避免并发症，对产妇的身体康复有利，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective: To study and analyze the application effect of unprotected midwifery nursing in promoting the natural delivery of primipara.
Methods 400 primiparous women who received treatment in our hospital were selected for analysis. The admission time was from October 2020 to October 2021. Results After nursing intervention, the two groups of women were compared in terms of the rate of natural childbirth, the rate of lateral episiotomy and the rate of perineal tear, and the observation group was better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); In terms of the incidence of complications, the incidence rate was significantly higher in the control group and lower in the observation group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Comparing the time of the above-mentioned stages, it can be found that the time of the former is shorter than that of the latter, and the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05). The values of the two groups were significantly different, and the values of the control group were significantly higher than those of the observation group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   In the delivery of primiparous women, the application of unprotected midwifery nursing has achieved good results. It can not only improve the natural delivery rate, reduce the damage to the perineum, shorten the labor process time, reduce discomfort, but also can effectively avoid complications. It is beneficial to the physical rehabilitation of mothers and is worthy of promotion.
