摘要

目的 针对当前早期护理干预用于重症监护病房患者的效果开展深入分析。方法 研究人员结合纳排标准，选择了我院2019年12月到2020年12月诊断并且治疗护理的重症监护病房患者为研究对象，分为两组。研究组（n=50例）给予早期护理干预；参照组（n=50例）给予常规护理干预。结果 参照组的下肢深静脉血栓发生率、住院时间高于研究组，参照组的生活质量水平、护理满意度低于研究组，上述组间差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 早期护理干预在临床上可以为患者改善下肢深静脉血栓发生率。

Abstract

Objective: To conduct an in-depth analysis of the effect of current early nursing intervention on patients in intensive care unit.
Methods: The researchers selected patients in the intensive care unit who were diagnosed and treated and nursed in our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 as the research objects, and were divided into two groups. The study group (n=50 cases) was given early nursing intervention; the reference group (n=50 cases) was given routine nursing intervention.
Results: The incidence of deep vein thrombosis and the length of hospital stay in the reference group were higher than those in the study group, the quality of life and nursing satisfaction in the reference group were lower than those in the study group, and the differences between the above groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : Early nursing intervention can clinically improve the incidence of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis for patients.
