党的十九大报告把国民健康素质显着提高，完善的全民健身体系，医疗卫生体系作为全面建成小康社会目标的重要组成部分这。无疑体现了党对人类健康和事业发展的高度重视，明确了卫生事业在新阶段承担的历史性重要责任，明确了卫生改革发展方向。本文就深化我国卫生管理体制改革，建立适应市场经济特点的卫生管理体制和现代医院管理体制，发展现代医院管理制度进行了初步探讨。
The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China regards the significant improvement of the national health quality, the perfect national fitness system, and the medical and health system as an important part of the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way. Undoubtedly, it shows that the Party attaches great importance to human health and career development, clarifies the historically important responsibility of the health service in the new stage, and clarifies the direction of health reform and development. This article has made a preliminary discussion on deepening the reform of my country's health management system, establishing a health management system and a modern hospital management system that adapt to the characteristics of the market economy, and developing a modern hospital management system.
