Effect analysis of the application of the whole delivery nursing model in obstetric nursing
分娩全程护理模式在产科护理中应用的效果分析

摘要

目的 研究分娩全程护理模式在产科护理中的临床应用效果。方法 选择2019年1月至2019年12月在我院产科进行分娩的产妇100例，随机分为观察组与对照组，每组各50例。对照组采用产科常规护理干预，观察组采用分娩全程护理模式，比较两组产程时间；剖宫产率和产后出血率。结果 观察组的产程时间均明显短于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组的剖宫产率和产后出血率均明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 分娩全程护理模式在产科护理中具有显著的临床应用效果，可以有效缩短产程，降低剖宫产率和产后出血率。

Abstract

Objective: To study the clinical effect of the whole nursing mode in obstetric care.
Methods: 100 cases of mothers born in maternity from January 2019 to December 2019 were randomly divided into observation almost observation groups and control groups of 50 cases each. The control group adopted the general obstetric nursing intervention, and the observation group adopted the whole nursing mode of delivery, compared the delivery time of the two groups, the rate of caesarean section and postpartum bleeding.
Results: The delivery time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group (P 0.05), and the caesarean section rate and postpartum hemorrhage rate were significantly lower than those in the control group (P 0.05).
Conclusion  : The whole nursing mode of delivery has significant clinical effect in obstetric care, which can effectively shorten the delivery process and reduce the rate of caesarean section and postpartum bleeding.
