Exploring the effect of Chinese pharmacists on reducing the adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine and providing pharmaceutical services
探讨中药师对减少中药不良反应而开展药学服务的效果分析

摘要

目的 分析探讨中药师对减少中药不良反应而开展药学服务的效果。方法 此次研究对象为82例中药治疗患者，入院时间均在2020.03月至2022.03月，采用电脑盲选法分组分为对照组（常规中医中药治疗，n=41）与实验组（常规中医中药治疗+中药师药学服务，n=41）。对比分析两组的不良反应发生情况、治疗依从性及认知程度。结果 干预后，在中药不良反应发生率上，实验组低于对照组（P＜0.05）。在治疗依从率上，实验组高于对照组（P＜0.05）。在中药功效、服用方法、煎煮方法及不良反应的认知评分上，实验组均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 对中药治疗患者实施中药师药学服务干预后，对减少不良反应的发生具有促进作用，临床可进一步推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze and explore the effect of traditional Chinese pharmacists on reducing the adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine and providing pharmacy services.
Methods The research subjects were 82 patients treated with traditional Chinese medicine. The admission time was from March 2020 to March 2022. They were divided into control group (conventional traditional Chinese medicine treatment, n=41) and experimental group (conventional traditional Chinese medicine treatment) by computer blind selection method. Treatment + Chinese pharmacist pharmacy service, n=41). The incidence of adverse reactions, treatment compliance and cognition of the two groups were compared and analyzed.
Results After the intervention, the incidence of adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The treatment compliance rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). In the cognitive scores of traditional Chinese medicine efficacy, taking method, decoction method and adverse reactions, the experimental group was higher than the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   After the Chinese pharmacist's pharmacy service intervention for patients treated with traditional Chinese medicine, it has a promoting effect on reducing the occurrence of adverse reactions, and it can be further popularized and applied in clinical practice.
