情感账户管理在骨科优质护理中的应用效果分析

摘要

目的 研究分析骨科优质护理中情感账户管理的作用。方法 本次实验跨越2020年6月至2022年2月这一时间段,研究人员对120例骨科患者进行研究。研究人员将本次实验研究对象按照双盲对照原则分组,对照组所选60例患者护理中实施传统管理模式,实验组所选60例患者护理中实施情感账户管理,记录和比较分析对照组及实验组所选患者情感账户项目评分、患者对护理工作所持态度。结果 对照组及实验组所选患者在情感账户项目评分相关数据比较分析,健康教育评分、病房环境与安全评分、急救器械与药品评分、危重病患护理评分、护理病历书写评分、专科护理评分及基础护理评分相关数据均有着较大的差距,(p<0.05);对照组及实验组所选患者中对护理工作持十分认可及比较认可态度的人数分别为47人及58人,占组内所选患者总人数的比例分别为78.33%及96.67%,比较组间护理认可度相关数据,有着较大的差距,(p<0.05)。结论 在骨科优质护理中情感账户管理所发挥的作用是不容忽视的。

Abstract

Objective To study and analyze the role of emotional account management in high-quality orthopaedic nursing.
Methods This experiment spanned the time period from June 2020 to February 2022, and researchers studied 120 orthopedic patients. The researchers divided the subjects of this experiment into groups according to the principle of double-blind control. The traditional management mode was implemented in the nursing of 60 patients selected in the control group, and the emotional account management was implemented in the nursing of 60 patients selected in the experimental group. The scores of the emotional account items of the selected patients in the experimental group and the attitudes of the patients towards nursing work.
Results Comparative analysis of data related to emotional account item scores of selected patients in the control group and experimental group, health education scores, ward environment and safety scores, emergency equipment and drugs scores, critical care patient care scores, nursing medical record writing scores, and specialist nursing scores There is a big gap between the two groups and the basic nursing score related data, (p<0.05); the number of patients in the control group and the experimental group who have a very recognized and relatively recognized attitude towards the nursing work are 47 and 58 respectively, accounting for the group The proportions of the total number of selected patients were 78.33% and 96.67% respectively, and there was a large gap between the groups when comparing the data on nursing recognition (p < 0.05).
Conclusion   The role of emotional account management in high-quality orthopaedic nursing cannot be ignored.
