摘要

目的 分析基于问题的教学方法(Problem-Based Learning, PBL)结合传统教学法LBL(Lecture-Based Learning, LBL)在神经内科规培临床教学中的应用效果。方法 把2020年1月-2021年12月参加我院神经内科规培临床教学的79名学生纳入研究,通过随机分组法分为实验组和对照组,实验组39名,对照组40名。对照组学生用LBL教学法展开教学,实验组在对照组LBL教学法基础上应用PBL教学法进行教学;观察两组学生在PBL教学前后的专科理论成绩、实践操作成绩以及临床综合能力评分。结果 PBL教学前,实验组和对照组学生的专科理论成绩、实践操作成绩和临床综合能力评分无明显差异(P>0.05);PBL教学后,实验组学生的专科理论成绩、实践操作成绩和临床综合能力评分均提高,组内差异明显(P<0.05),且实验组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在神经内科规培临床教学中PBL结合LBL教学法效果良好,理论成绩和实践操作成绩均有较大提高,同时也提高了临床综合能力,为今后的临床工作打下了坚实基础。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application effect of problem-based learning (PBL) combined with traditional teaching method LBL (Lecture-Based Learning, LBL) in the clinical teaching of neurology.
Methods A total of 79 students who participated in the clinical teaching of neurology department in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were included in the study. They were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group, with 39 in the experimental group and 40 in the control group. The students in the control group were taught by LBL teaching method, and the experimental group was taught by using the PBL teaching method on the basis of the LBL teaching method in the control group.
Results Before PBL teaching, there was no significant difference in the theoretical scores, practical operation scores and clinical comprehensive ability scores of the students in the experimental group and the control group (P>0.05). The comprehensive ability scores were improved, and the difference within the group was significant (P<0.05), and the experimental group was higher than the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   PBL combined with LBL teaching method in the clinical teaching of neurology department has a good effect, and the theoretical and practical results have been greatly improved, and the clinical comprehensive ability has also been improved, which has laid a solid foundation for future clinical work.
