精细化管理理念在阑尾炎切除术患者手术室护理中的应用效果

摘要

目的 精细化管理理念在阑尾炎切除术患者手术室护理中的应用效果。方法 自2021年度1月至2021年12月选择84例因阑尾炎而在我科进行手术的病人进行调研，同时配合护理方案。按照护理举措将其归纳为2个小组，每组均纳入42例病人。按照护理方案、举措将其命名为常规组与管理组。常规组对病人实施常规护理方案，管理组在本次调研中对病人实施精细化管理。总结与探究2种护理方案实施效果。结果 （1）常规组护理护理满意评分、管理组护理满意评分对照，常规组满意评分较低、管理组护理满意评分较高，两组对照，存有明显差异，（P<0.05）。（2）常规组病人排气时间与管理组病人排气时间对照，管理组用时较短，两组对照差异明显，（P<0.05）。（3）常规组SDS评分结果、SAS评分结果与调研组SDS评分结果、SAS评分结果对照，常规组得分较高、调研组得分较低，两组对照差异明显，（P<0.05）。（4）常规组下床活动时间与调研组下床活动时间对照，常规组用时较长，两组对照差异明显，（P<0.05）。结论 精细化管理理念在阑尾炎切除术手术室护理中的实施效果优异，此方案值得临床应用与普及。

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the application effect of refined management concept in operating room nursing of patients with appendicitis.
Methods From January 2021 to December 2021, 84 patients who underwent surgery in our department due to appendicitis were selected for investigation, and at the same time cooperated with the nursing plan. According to the nursing measures, they were divided into 2 groups, and each group included 42 patients. They are named routine group and management group according to the nursing plan and measures. The routine group implements routine nursing programs for patients, and the management group implements refined management of patients in this survey. Summarize and explore the implementation effect of two nursing programs.
Results (1) The nursing satisfaction score of the routine group and the nursing satisfaction score of the management group were compared. The routine group had a lower satisfaction score and the management group had a higher nursing satisfaction score. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). (2) The exhaust time of the patients in the routine group was compared with that of the patients in the management group. The management group took a shorter time, and there was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). (3) The SDS score and SAS score of the routine group were compared with the SDS score and SAS score of the investigation group. The routine group had a higher score and the investigation group had a lower score, and there was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). (4) The time of getting out of bed in the routine group was compared with the time of getting out of bed in the investigation group. The routine group took a longer time, and the difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The fine management concept has excellent effect in the nursing of appendicectomy operating room, and this scheme is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
