摘要

伴随着新时期社会经济的持续性发展,我国传统的医疗人事管理模式遭受了明显的挑战,自身的弊端也显得越发明显。任何事物均在不断的发展,在新时期环境之下新事物必然会替代旧事物当中不合理的成分,医院的人事管理只有在跟随时代步伐,积极客服自身的缺陷才可以在变化发展大环境下立足。人事管理本身也是影响医院服务质量的关键,所以改进人事管理也是医院管理层的必然工作内容。对此,为了进一步提高现代医院人事管理综合水平,本文简要分析新时期加强医院人事管理工作的几点思考,希望能够为相关工作者提供帮助。

Abstract

With the sustainable development of social economy in the new era, China’s traditional medical personnel management model has been facing obvious challenges, and its own shortcomings have become more and more obvious. Everything is constantly developing. Under the new environment, new things will inevitably replace the unreasonable elements in the old things. The hospital’s personnel management only follows the pace of the times, active customer to overcome their own shortcomings can be in the context of change and development. Personnel Management itself is also the key to affect the quality of hospital services, so improving personnel management is the inevitable work of hospital management. In order to further improve the comprehensive level of personnel management in modern hospitals, this paper briefly analyzes several considerations on strengthening personnel management in hospitals in the new era, hoping to provide help for relevant workers.
