PBL结合传统教学法在超声医学教学中的使用

摘要

目的 探讨PBL结合传统教学法在超声医学教学中的应用效果。方法 选择2020年6月-2021年6月期间在我院超声科见习生、实习生及规培生62名影像系专业学生作为对象,将其随机分为参照组与研究组,各组均31名见习生。其中,参照组学员采取传统教学法,而研究组学员在参照组基础上联合PBL教学法带教,对比分析两组见习生的理论成绩与实践操作技能成绩及教学方法满意度情况。结果 ①研究组理论知识、实践操作技能评分均高于参照组,且组间差异明显(P<0.05)。②研究组对带教员教学方法总满意度30/31(96.77%)高于参照组23/31(74.19%),且组间数据差异明显(X2=4.679,P=0.031)。结论 PBL结合传统教学法在超声医学教学中的应用效果明显,可显著提高超声见习生的理论及实践操作能力,在超声医学带教中值得应用与推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of PBL combined with traditional teaching method in ultrasound medical teaching.
Methods A total of 62 imaging students who were trainees, interns and regular trainees in the Department of Ultrasound in our hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the subjects, and they were randomly divided into a reference group and a research group, with 31 in each group. apprentice. Among them, the students in the reference group adopted the traditional teaching method, while the students in the research group were taught in combination with the PBL teaching method on the basis of the reference group.
Results ① The scores of theoretical knowledge and practical operation skills in the research group were higher than those in the reference group, and the difference between the groups was significant (P<0.05). ②The total satisfaction with the teaching method with teachers in the research group was 30/31 (96.77%) higher than that of the reference group 23/31 (74.19%), and the difference between the groups was significant (X2=4.679, P=0.031).
Conclusion   The application effect of PBL combined with traditional teaching method in ultrasound medical teaching is obvious, which can significantly improve the theoretical and practical ability of ultrasound trainees. It is worthy of application and promotion in ultrasound medical teaching.
