情景再现教学法在新入职护士护理不良事件防范培训中的应用

摘要

目的 分析情景再现教学法应用在新入职护士护理不良事件防范培训中的具体效果。方法 选取临床一线岗位大专及本科学历的新入职护士为研究对象。2018年7月新入职护士46人为对照组,采用传统培训模式,2019年7月新入职护士62人为干预组,在传统培训模式基础上,结合情景再现教学法培训。比较两组新入职护士培训前后的理论考核成绩、操作考核成绩以及出现护理不良事件的概率。结果 干预组新入职护士相关理论考核得分及专科操作考核得分,均高于对照组,入职一年内出现护理不良事件的概率更低,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 结合情景再现教学法的培训能够有效提升新入职护士理论知识掌握程度及实践操作能力,促进自我思考能力及自我检查护理质量的意识,从而有效防范护理不良事件的发生。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the specific effect of the application of scenario reproduction teaching method in the training of new nurses in the prevention of nursing adverse events.
Methods: The newly recruited nurses with junior college and undergraduate degrees in clinical front-line positions were selected as the research objects. In July 2018, 46 newly recruited nurses were selected as the control group, and the traditional training mode was adopted. In July 2019, 62 newly recruited nurses were selected as the intervention group. On the basis of the traditional training mode, the training combined with the scenario reproduction teaching method. The theoretical assessment scores, operational assessment scores and the probability of adverse nursing events before and after training were compared between the two groups of newly recruited nurses.
Results: The theoretical assessment scores and specialist operation assessment scores of newly recruited nurses in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group, and the probability of adverse nursing events within one year of entry was lower, with statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : The training combined with the scenario reproduction teaching method can effectively improve the theoretical knowledge mastery and practical operation ability of newly recruited nurses, promote self-thinking ability and self-inspection of nursing quality awareness, so as to effectively prevent the occurrence of adverse nursing events.
