目的 探讨中医体质护理对高血压患者的临床疗效及生活质量的影响。方法 将我院2020年1月-2022年1月300例高血压患者，双盲随机法分二组。对照组给予常规护理，实验组实施中医体质护理。比较两组护理前后生活质量评分、临床疗效、护理满意评分。结果 实验组生活质量评分高于对照组，临床疗效高于对照组，护理满意评分高于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 高血压患者实施中医体质护理效果确切，可提高临床疗效及生活质量，并提高满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine constitution nursing on the clinical efficacy and quality of life of patients with hypertension. Methods 300 hypertensive patients in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were divided into two groups by double-blind randomization. The control group received routine nursing, and the experimental group received traditional Chinese medicine physical nursing. The quality of life scores, clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction scores were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results The quality of life score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, the clinical efficacy was higher than that of the control group, and the nursing satisfaction score was higher than that of the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion The effect of TCM physique nursing in hypertensive patients is definite, which can improve clinical efficacy and quality of life, and improve satisfaction.
