摘要

目的 探讨动机性访谈式健康教育干预对高血压患者用药依从性、血压控制水平的影响。方法随机数字表法将2019年1月~2021年12月收治的60例高血压患者分为两组,两组均行常规药物治疗,对照组联合常规护理,研究组需进行基于动机性访谈的健康教育,对比两组患者用药依从性、血压控制水平、自我效能评分。结果 干预前患者用药依从性、血压控制情况无差异(P<>0.05),干预12d研究组各项评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 高血压患者采取基于动机性访谈的健康教育干预,不仅能够提升治疗过程中的自我效能及用药依从性,利于血压控制情况,具有积极的临床使用价值。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the effect of motivational interview health education intervention on medication compliance and blood pressure control in patients with hypertension.
Methods: 60 patients with hypertension treated from January 2019 to December 2021 were randomly divided into two groups. Both groups were treated with routine drugs, and the control group was combined with routine nursing. The study group needed health education based on motivational interview. The medication compliance, blood pressure control level and self-efficacy score of the two groups were compared.
Results: there was no difference in medication compliance and blood pressure control before the intervention (P < > 0.05). The scores of the study group were better than those of the control group after 12 days of intervention (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  : health education intervention based on motivational interview in patients with hypertension can not only improve self-efficacy and medication compliance in the treatment process, but also be conducive to blood pressure control, which has positive clinical value.
