Application of high-quality nursing care in the whole course of nursing patients with acute cerebral infarction
急性脑梗塞病人护理中全程优质护理的应用

摘要

目的 此次研究中将探究全程优质护理在急性脑梗塞患者护理工作中的临床应用效果。方法 在本次研究开始前，于我院中纳入74例被确诊为急性脑梗塞的患者作为研究对象，为保障研究的顺利实施，将以对照实验的形式展开研究，经过对其基本情况的调查后确认符合研究入组标准。同时，在入组后将患者随机分为了使用不同护理措施的两个小组，其中一组为对照组，继续应用常规护理措施，另一组为观察组，则需实施全程优质护理，比较其具体应用效果。结果 全程优质护理措施下，观察组患者住院时间（11.3±3.2）d，费用（5411±1335）元，明显优于对照组（14.6±3.1）d、（6893±1457）元，（P＜0.05）。同时也对两组患者的满意度情况进行了调查统计，观察组患者的满意度明显高于对照组，（P＜0.05）。结论 通过对急性脑梗塞患者实施全程优质护理措施，有助于提高护理质量，促进患者康复。

Abstract

Objective: In this study, we will explore the clinical application effect of whole-process quality care in the nursing of patients with acute cerebral infarction.
Methods: Before the start of this study, 74 patients diagnosed with acute cerebral infarction were included in our hospital as the research objects. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the study, the study will be carried out in the form of controlled experiments. After the investigation, it was confirmed that they met the study entry criteria. At the same time, after being enrolled, the patients were randomly divided into two groups using different nursing measures. One group was the control group and continued to apply conventional nursing measures, and the other group was the observation group, which required quality care throughout the whole process to compare their specifics. Application effect.
Results: Under the whole course of high-quality nursing measures, the hospitalization time of patients in the observation group was (11.3±3.2) d, and the cost was (5411±1335) yuan, which was significantly better than that of the control group (14.6±3.1) d and (6893±1457) yuan, (P< 0.05). At the same time, the satisfaction of the two groups of patients was investigated and statistics, and the satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : Through the implementation of high-quality nursing measures for patients with acute cerebral infarction, it is helpful to improve the quality of care and promote the recovery of patients.
