探讨舒适护理模式及实施流程在胸外科护理中的应用

摘要

目的 在胸外科护理中探讨舒适护理模式的应用及效果。方法 采用分组对比的研究方法，与2020年7月－2021年7月从我院胸外科收治的患者中选取符合研究要求的90例患者，将其以45例每组的方法平均分到采用常规护理的参照组和采用舒适护理的研究组，记录组间产生的相关数据进行比较。结果 研究组护理满意度及生活质量评分均比参照组高（P＜0.05）。结论 在胸外科护理中采用常规护理方法虽然有一定效果但达不到理想目标，而采用舒适护理模式不仅能够提高患者的满意度，还能够改善患者的舒适度，建议推广。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the application and effect of comfortable nursing model in thoracic surgery nursing. Method: Using the research method of group comparison, and from July 2020 to July 2021, 90 patients who met the research requirements were selected from the patients admitted to the Department of Thoracic Surgery in our hospital, and they were divided into 45 cases in each group. The reference group of routine care and the study group of comfortable care were recorded and compared with the relevant data generated between the groups.
Results: The nursing satisfaction and quality of life scores in the study group were higher than those in the reference group (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : Although the conventional nursing methods used in thoracic surgery nursing have certain effects, they can not achieve the ideal goal. The comfortable nursing mode can not only improve the satisfaction of patients, but also improve the comfort of patients. It is recommended to promote it.
