鼻咽部恶性肿瘤放射治疗护理干预对策探讨

摘要

目的 探讨放射治疗鼻咽部恶性肿瘤患者时的护理方法及效果。方法 采用分组对比的研究方法，与2020年8月－2021年8月从本院中选取符合研究要求的60例患者，将其以30例每组的方法平均分到采用常规护理的参照组和采用针对性护理的研究组，记录组间产生的相关数据进行比较。结果 研究组满意度高于参照组；不良反应低于参照组（P＜0.05）。结论 采用针对性的护理方法进行鼻咽部恶性肿瘤放射治疗患者的护理，效果显著，适用性和推广性较高。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the nursing methods and effects of radiotherapy for patients with malignant tumors of the nasopharynx. Method: Using the research method of group comparison, and from August 2020 to August 2021, 60 patients meeting the research requirements were selected from this hospital, and 30 patients in each group were equally divided into the reference group using conventional care Compare with the research group that uses targeted care and record the relevant data generated between the groups.
Results: The satisfaction degree of the study group was higher than that of the reference group; the adverse reactions were lower than that of the reference group (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : The use of targeted nursing methods for the nursing of patients undergoing radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal malignant tumors has significant effects and high applicability and popularization.
