Analysis on The Effect of Fine Nursing Management in Nursing Service Quality of Sanatorium
疗养院护理服务质量中精细化护理管理的实施效果分析

摘要

目的：评价疗养院护理服务质量中精细化护理管理的实施效果和价值。方法：收集2014年1月至2015年2月来我疗养院就诊得到42例疗养员为对照组，予以常规护理，于2015年3月至2016年3月收集我疗养院就诊的42例疗养员为观察组，予以精细化护理管理，分析对比2组护理服务质量、不良事件发生率。结果：观察组疗养员对各方面护理的服务质量评分均显著高于对照组，对比差异悬殊，结果P<0.05；观察组疗养员发生护理意外事件、护患纠纷以及投诉率均显著低于对照组，统计差异有意义(P<0.05)。结论：在疗养院护理服务中采取精细化护理管理不仅能提高临床服务质量，还能有效改善疗养员的生活能力，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

Objective:To evaluate the effect and value of fine nursing management in nursing service quality of Sanatorium.
Methods:42 convalescent patients from January 2014to February 2015were treated as control group,and 42 convalescent patients from March 2015to March 2016were treated as observation group,the quality of nursing service and the incidence of adverse events were analyzed and compared between the two groups.
Results:The nursing service quality scores of convalescents in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05);The incidence of nursing accidents,nurse patient disputes and complaints in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).
Conclusion  :Fine Nursing Management in nursing care of sanatorium can not only improve the quality of clinical service,but also improve the life ability of sanatorium staff.
