A study on the relationship between “online”teaching mode and autonomous learning ability of students in a medical college in Xinjiang
“线上”教学模式与新疆某医学院校学生自主学习能力的关联研究

摘要

目的 以新疆某医学院校医学学生为例,调查“线上”教学模式过程中相关因素与学生自主学习能力间的关联,为改进“线上”教学模式提供理论依据。方法 于2020年9-11月对新疆某医学院校的1298名学生进行电子问卷调查,调查了学生“线上”学习的基本情况、满意度以及学生的自主学习能力现状,了解当前该校“线上”教学模式存在的不足之处,并分析了“线上”教学过程中可能影响学生自主能力的相关因素。结果 新疆某院校医学专业学生自主学习能力评分总分为68.05±10.99。多元线性回归分析结果显示学生对“线上”教学的整体评价(t=2.56,P<0.05,95%CI=0.44~3.34)及合理性与充实性(t=3.35,P<0.05,95%CI=1.05~4.01)、授课教师教学工作态度(t=2.51,P<0.05,95%CI=0.36~2.93)、教师课堂互动及“线上”答疑的满意度(t=2.45,P<0.05,95%CI=0.32~2.94)与学生自主从学习能力评分相关。结论 目前新疆某医学院校医学专业学生自主学习能力尚有提升空间,应从教学的合理性与充实性、授课教师教学工作态度、教师课堂互动及“线上”答疑几个方面入手改善“线上”教学模式,提升学生自主学习能力。

Abstract

Objective: Taking medical students in a medical college in Xinjiang as an example, to investigate the correlation between related factors in the process of “online” teaching mode and students' independent learning ability, and to provide theoretical basis for improving “online” teaching mode.
Methods: From September to November in 2020, an electronic questionnaire survey was conducted among 1298 students of a medical college in Xinjiang province, and the basic situation and satisfaction of students' “online” learning as well as the status quo of students' independent learning ability were investigated to understand the shortcomings of the current “online” teaching mode of the school. And analyzed the“online” teaching process may affect the students' independent ability of the related factors.
Results: The total score of autonomous learning ability of medical students in a college in Xinjiang was 68.0510.99. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that students' overall evaluation of “online” teaching (T =2.56, P<0.05, 95%CI= 0.44-3.34), rationality and enrichment (T =3.35, P<0.05, 95%CI= 1.05-4.01), teachers' teaching attitude (T =2.51, P<0.05, 95%CI= 0.36-2.93), teacher's satisfaction with classroom interaction and“online”question answering (t=2.45, P<0.05, 95%CI= 0.32-2.94) were correlated with the scores of students' autonomous learning ability.
Conclusion  : At present, there is still room to improve the independent learning ability of medical students in a medical college in Xinjiang. The “online”teaching mode should be improved from the aspects of rationality and enrichment of teaching, teaching attitude of teachers, classroom interaction of teachers and “online”question answering, so as to enhance students' independent learning ability.
