改良胃管固定方法的护理体会

摘要

目的 探讨改良胃管固定方法的护理方法及具体效果。方法 选取2020年1月至2020年12月在我院行留置胃管的患者60例，将其随机分为两组，每组患者人数均为30例。对照组患者采用常规护理方法，观察组患者采用针对性护理，比较这两种方法对该类患者的临床护理效果。结果 经过数据分析可以发现，观察组患者的胃管移位发生率、胃管脱出发生率、护理舒适度和护理满意度，与对照组患者的相关数据，均存在着明显的差异，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在实施改良胃管固定方法时采用针对性护理干预，可以显著提高患者胃管的固定效果，有效防止胃管移位和胃管脱出的情况发生。并使患者的护理舒适度和护理满意度均得到较好的改善，值得在今后的临床工作中进一步推广。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the nursing methods and specific effects of the improved gastric tube fixation method.
Methods: A total of 60 patients with indwelling gastric tube in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 30 patients in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional nursing methods, while patients in the observation group were treated with targeted nursing. The clinical nursing effects of these two methods were compared.
Results: After data analysis, it can be found that the incidence of gastric tube displacement, gastric tube prolapse, nursing comfort, and nursing satisfaction in the observation group are significantly different from those in the control group, and there are statistics. Academic significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : The use of targeted nursing intervention when implementing the improved gastric tube fixation method can significantly improve the fixation effect of the patient's gastric tube and effectively prevent the occurrence of gastric tube displacement and gastric tube prolapse. And make the patient's nursing comfort and nursing satisfaction have been better improved, it is worthy of further promotion in future clinical work.
