目的：分析在长期卧床老年患者中实施预见性护理的效果。方法：将我院58例长期卧床老年患者按入院顺序分组。对照组29例行常规护理，观察组29例采用预见性护理，比较两组护理差异性。结果：观察组压疮发生率低于对照组而生活质量评分高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：预见性护理能够有效地减少长期卧床老年患者压疮发生且对于提高患者生活质量有极大帮助，值得应用。
Objective:To analyze the effect of the implementation of predictive nursing in the elderly patients with long-term bed.Methods:58 elderly patients with long-term bed in our hospital were divided into groups according to the order of admission.29 patients in the control group received routine nursing,and 29 patients in the observation group received predictive nursing,and the nursing difference between the two groups was compared.Results:The incidence of pressure sores in observation group was lower than that in control group,while the quality of life score in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion :Predictive nursing can effectively reduce the occurrence of pressure ulcers in long-term bedridden elderly patients and has great help to improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of application.
