观察人性化护理在髋膝关节置换术围手术期的应用

摘要

目的 探讨在髋关节置换术围手术期应用人性化护理模式的临床效果。方法 本研究分析对象均为在我院接受髋关节置换术的患者，于2020年6月至2021年6月选取符合研究标准的90例患者进行详细分析，为了明确本研究主题，应用对比的方法完成研究，将收治的患者划分为两个小组，即采用常规护理模式的参照组（n=45例）、采用人性化护理模式的研究组（n=45例），由于两组采用的护理方法不同，所以护理后的效果也不相同，将护理后得出的相关数据进行详细统计，记录两组接受不同护理后的护理质量评分，并记录患者是否对护理满意，同时观察患者是否有并发症发生情况。将上述数据明确后进行比较。结果 两组接受护理后护理质量的统计结果如下：研究组（92.15±2.49）分、参照组（85.21±0.64）分，数据比较前者的优势高于后者（P＜0.05）说明差异有统计学意义。研究组中对护理满意的患者有43例，参照组有33例，数值比较后者有明显不足，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。参照组中有11例患者发生并发症，研究组2例，相比后者较少，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 应用人性化护理模式进行髋关节置换术围术期的护理，能够减少并发症发生率，并有效提高护理质量和护理满意度，可在今后护理中将应用和推广范围拓宽。

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical effect of applying humanized nursing model in the perioperative period of hip replacement surgery.
Methods: The analysis objects of this study are all patients undergoing hip replacement surgery in our hospital. From June 2020 to June 2021, 90 patients who meet the research criteria were selected for detailed analysis. In order to clarify the theme of this study, a comparative analysis was applied.
Methods The study was completed, and the admitted patients were divided into two groups, namely the reference group (n=45 cases) using the conventional care model and the study group (n=45 cases) using the humanized care model. Results: The statistical results of the quality of care after receiving nursing care in the two groups are as follows: the study group (92.15±2.49) points and the reference group (85.21±0.64) points. Conclusion  : The application of humanized nursing model for perioperative nursing of hip replacement surgery can reduce the incidence of complications, and effectively improve the quality of nursing care and nursing satisfaction. It can be applied and promoted in future nursing care.
