Effect Analysis and Exploration of Doxofylline Injection in the Treatment of COPD
多索茶碱注射液治疗慢阻肺的效果分析与探究

摘要

目的：此次研究主要探究多索茶碱注射液治疗慢阻肺临床效果。方法：随机选取我院2018年1月-2020年6月内接收的98例慢阻肺患者展开研究，利用数字表法分成参照组与研究组，参照组应用二羟丙茶碱药物治疗，研究组应用多索茶碱注射液治疗，观察临床疗效。结果：治疗前两组患者肺功能指标与炎性因子指标均无显著差异，P>0.05；用药治疗后，研究组PEF(最大呼气峰速)、FVC(用力肺活量)与FEV1(用力呼气容积)等指标均高于参照组，P<0.05；动脉血气分析指标PaO2与PaCO2均优于参照组，P<0.05。结论：多索茶碱注射液治疗慢阻肺疾病能够快速改善患者症状，提高患者肺功能与生活质量。

Abstract

Objective:This study mainly explores the clinical effect of dosotheophylline injection in the treatment of COPD.
Methods:98 COPD patients received from January 2018 to June 2020 were selected randomly to study.The digital tables were divided into the reference group and the research group in the reference group,and the research group used dothophylline injection to observe the clinical effect.
Results:There was no significant difference in lung function index and inflammatory factor index between the two groups before treatment, P > 0.05. After treatment, PEF(maximum expiratory peak velocity), FVC (forced vital capacity) and FEV1 (forced expiratory volume) in the study group were higher than those in the reference group, P<0.05.Arterial blood gas analysis index PaO2 and PaCO2 were better than the reference group,P<0.05.
Conclusion  :The treatment of COPD disease can quickly improve the patient's symptoms and improve lung function and quality of life.
