Application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on improving gastrointestinal reaction after tumor chemotherapy
中医护理对改善肿瘤化疗后胃肠道反应的应用效果

摘要

目的 分析肿瘤患者化疗后采用中医护理对其胃肠道反应的临床效果。方法 选取2020年度在我院接受化疗的80例肿瘤患者，按照常规护理方法和中医护理将其随机分组，作为对照组和观察组的研究对象，每组患者人数保持一致。利用观察对比的方法，研究肿瘤患者化疗后采用中医护理和常规护理方法的效果差异。结果 采用中医护理的观察组患者护理后的呕吐发生率、腹泻发生率、恶心发生率、腹痛发生率、胃肠道反应程度、SAS评分和SDS评分，均明显优于采用常规护理方法的对照组患者的相关数据，存在统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 对肿瘤患者采用中医护理方法，可以显著降低患者化疗后的各种副反应发生率，使患者的胃肠道反应程度明显减轻，令患者的情绪状态也得到较好的改善，让肿瘤患者的身体状况逐渐好转。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on gastrointestinal reactions of cancer patients after chemotherapy.
Methods: Select 80 cancer patients who received chemotherapy in our hospital in 2020, randomly group them according to conventional nursing methods and traditional Chinese medicine care, as the control group and observation group, the number of patients in each group remained the same. Use the method of observation and comparison to study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing and conventional nursing methods after chemotherapy for cancer patients.
Results: The incidence of vomiting, diarrhea, nausea, abdominal pain, gastrointestinal reaction, SAS score and SDS score in the observation group after nursing care of the patients in the observation group using traditional Chinese medicine were significantly better than those of the control using conventional nursing methods. The relevant data of the group of patients were statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : The use of traditional Chinese medicine nursing methods for cancer patients can significantly reduce the incidence of various side effects after chemotherapy, significantly reduce the degree of gastrointestinal reactions of patients, and improve the emotional state of patients. His physical condition gradually improved.
