Observation of the Therapeutic Value of Nd:YAG Laser on Fundus Complications after Posterior Cataract
Nd:YAG激光对后发性白内障术后眼底并发症的治疗价值观察

摘要

目的：分析探究Nd：YAG激光治疗后发性白内障术后眼底并发症的相关问题。方法：2020年1月-2021年1月为研究年限跨度区间，抽选研究样本为本院收治60例后发性白内障患者，全部患者均行Nd：YAG激光治疗，统计分析并发症发生情况。结果：术后共9例患者产生并发症，具体并发症类型包括玻璃体前界膜破裂、玻璃体后脱离、视网膜脱离、视网膜裂孔、黄斑水肿、新生血管性青光眼、黄斑裂孔等。结论：Nd：YAG激光治疗后发性白内障可诱发眼底并发症，诱发并发症发生的因素包括患者眼部基础疾病、激光激发位置、激光治疗能量、激光治疗时机等，为此需采取有效的预防性措施。

Abstract

Objective:To analyze and explore the related problems of fundus complications after nd:yag laser in the treatment of posterior cataract.
Methods:From January 2020 to January 2021,the study period was the interval of study life.The selected study samples were 60 patients with posterior cataract in our hospital.All patients were treated with nd:yag laser,and the complications were analyzed statistically.
Results:There were 9 cases of complications after operation,including anterior vitreous membrane rupture,posterior vitreous detachment,retinal detachment,retinal hole,macular edema,neovascular glaucoma,macular hole,etc.
Conclusion  :Nd:yag laser can induce fundus complications,including the basic diseases of eyes,the location of laser excitation,the energy of laser treatment,the time of laser treatment,etc.
