目的：分析和探讨CT引导下肝脓肿穿刺置管引流术的应用方法和效果。方法：以2018年1月至2021年1月为时间基准，在我院所有肝脓肿患者当中，随机收集80例作为本次研究的对象和主体，对所有患者均进行CT引导下穿刺置管引流术治疗，对治疗的数据进行统计和深入分析。结果：80例患者当中，一次性穿刺置管成功率为98.75%，放置引流管个数为81个，引流管留置时间为(13.67±3.51)d，治愈率为97.50%。结论：CT引导下肝脓肿穿刺置管引流术的应用效果显著，适合在临床进行实施和开展。
Objective:To analyze and explore the application methods and effects of CT-guided puncture and catheterization of liver abscess drainage.Methods:Taking January 2018 to January 2021 as the time base,among all patients with liver abscess in our hospital,80 cases were randomly collected as the object and subject of this study,and all patients were subjected to CT-guided puncture catheterization and drainage Surgical treatment,statistics and in-depth analysis of treatment data.Results:Among 80 patients,the success rate of one-time puncture catheter placement was 98.75%,the number of drainage catheters placed was 81,the drainage catheter indwelling time was(13.67±3.51) days,and the cure rate was 97.50%.Conclusion :CT-guided puncture and drainage of liver abscess has a significant application effect,which is suitable for clinical implementation and development.
