Correlation Between Parenting Competence and Parenting Pressure of Primiparas'spouses
初产妇配偶育儿胜任感与育儿压力的相关性研究

摘要

目的：了解初产妇配偶育儿胜任感及育儿压力现状，并分析两者之间的相关性。方法：于2020年10月-2021年1月选取在河南省某三级甲等医院产科进行首次分娩的98例初产妇的配偶为研究对象，采用相关量表对其进行横断面调查。结果：初产妇配偶育儿胜任感量表总得分为(68.67±7.23)分，自我效能分量表得分为(36.24±2.13)分，满意度分量表得分为(32.42±5.78)分；育儿压力问卷总得分为(72.18±12.49)分。Pearson相关分析显示，育儿胜任感与育儿压力呈显著负相关。结论：临床医护人员应采取合理有效的针对性、个体化的干预措施降低初产妇配偶育儿压力，减少或避免不良情绪的发生，从而提升育儿胜任感水平。

Abstract

Objective:To understand the status quo of parenting competence and parenting pressure of primiparas'spouses,and to analyze the correlation between them.
Methods:From October 2020 to January 2021,98 spouses of primiparas who had given birth for the first time in the Department of Obstetrics of a third class a hospital in Henan Province were selected as the research objects,and the relevant scales were used to conduct a cross-sectional survey.
Results:The total score of parenting competence scale was(68.67±7.23),the score of self-efficacy subscale was(36.24±2.13),the score of satisfaction subscale was(32.42±5.78),and the total score of parenting stress questionnaire was(72.18±12.49).Pearson correlation analysis showed that parenting competence was negatively correlated with parenting pressure.
Conclusion  :Clinical medical staff should take reasonable and effective targeted and individualized intervention measures to reduce the parenting pressure of primiparas'spouses,reduce or avoid the occurrence of bad emotions,so as to improve the level of parenting competence.
