Epidemic Characteristics and Trends of HIV/AIDS in Qinzhou City,Guangxi Province during 2010-2020
广西钦州市2010-2020年艾滋病流行特征及趋势分析

摘要

目的：了解钦州市2010~2020年艾滋病流行特征及趋势。方法：以全国艾滋病综合防治信息系统数据为基础，采用描述性流行病学方法，分析2010~2020年艾滋病新发现并报告病例疫情信息资料。结果：钦州市2010~2020年新发现报告HIV/AIDS病例逐年升高，晚发现比例逐年增长。在性别上，男女比例为3.13:1，且由2010年的3.89:1下降至2020年的2.93:1。在年龄分布上，以青壮年为主，15~24岁、25~49岁年龄组所占比例逐年下降，50~64岁、65岁以上年龄组病例逐年增多。结论：钦州市2010-2020年艾滋病新发现并报告病例数逐年下降，但晚发现比例较高，且男女比例不断缩小、中老年病例不断增多。

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the epidemiological characteristics and trends of HIV/AIDS in Qinzhou city from 2010 to 2020.
Methods:Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze the epidemic information of newly discovered and reported AIDS cases from 2010 to 2020 based on the data of the National AIDS Information System.
Results:The newly discovered and reported HIV/AIDS cases in Qinzhou increased year by year from 2010 to 2020,and the proportion of late discovered cases increased year by year.In terms of gender,the male-to-female ratio is 3.13:1,which will decrease from 3.89:1 in 2010 to 2.93:1 in 2020.In terms of age distribution,young adults were the main group,with the proportion of 15~24 years old and 25~49 years old decreasing year by year,while cases of 50~64 years old and over 65 years old increased year by year.
Conclusion  :The number of newly discovered and reported AIDS cases in Qinzhou decreased year by year from 2010 to 2020,but the proportion of late discovered cases was higher,and the ratio of male to female was decreasing,and the number of middle-aged and elderly cases was increasing.
