The application of orthopedic rehabilitation nursing after spinal cord injury
骨科康复护理在脊柱脊髓损伤术后的应用

摘要

目的 对脊柱脊髓损伤术后护理中骨科康复护理的应用价值进行分析。方法 本次实验对象为接受手术治疗的脊柱脊髓损伤患者，实验时间集中在2018年1月-2020年5月，共计70例患者参与本次实验中来。所选患者均接受随机编号处理，对照组患者及实验组患者编号分别为奇数与偶数。实施基础护理模式护理对照组患者，实施骨科康复护理模式护理实验组患者，对两组患者出院时间、患者护理认可度进行分析及对比。结果 系统分析实验，实验组患者出院时间缩减幅度相比对照组患者较大，两组患者出院时间分别为（7.5±4.1）天及（11.4±4.8）天，数据之间差异较为凸显，（p＜0.05）；展开分析本次实验，实验组患者护理认可度提升幅度相比对照组患者较大，两组患者护理认可度分别为97.14%及85.71%，数据之间差异较为凸显，（p＜0.05）。结论 在脊柱脊髓损伤术后护理中骨科康复护理的应用价值显著高于基础护理模式，其在缩减患者出院时间、提高患者护理认可度方面作用较为突出。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the application value of orthopedic rehabilitation nursing in postoperative nursing of spinal cord injury.
Methods: The subjects of this experiment were patients with spinal cord injury who underwent surgical treatment. The experiment time was concentrated from January 2018 to May 2020. A total of 70 patients participated in this experiment. The selected patients received random numbering, and the patients in the control group and the experimental group had odd and even numbers respectively. The basic nursing model was implemented to care for the patients in the control group, and the orthopedic rehabilitation care model was implemented to care for the experimental group of patients. The discharge time and patient care recognition of the two groups were analyzed and compared.
Results: In the systematic analysis experiment, the discharge time of patients in the experimental group was reduced more than that in the control group. The discharge time of the two groups of patients was (7.5±4.1) days and (11.4±4.8) days, respectively. The difference between the data is more prominent, ( p<0.05); in the analysis of this experiment, the care recognition of patients in the experimental group has increased more than the control group. The care recognition of patients in the two groups is 97.14% and 85.71%, respectively. The difference between the data is more prominent, (p <0.05).
Conclusion  : The application value of orthopedic rehabilitation nursing in postoperative nursing of spinal cord injury is significantly higher than that of basic nursing model, and it plays a prominent role in reducing the time for patients to leave the hospital and improving the recognition of patient care.
