The Clinical Application of Evidence-based Construction of Sensitivity Index of Quality of Psychiatric Nursing in Confederated Hospitals
基于循证构建精神科护理质量敏感性指标在医联体医院精神科护理的临床应用

摘要

目的：探究基于循证构建精神科护理质量敏感性指标在医联体医院精神科护理的临床应用。方法：随机抽选本地医联体医院精神科2018年1月-2019年12月内收治的60例患者，并随机分为参照组(30例，常规护理)和研究组(30例，基于循证构建精神科护理质量敏感性指标护理)，对比分析两组护理质量合格率、核心制度落实合格率及不良事件发生率。结果：研究组患者护理质量合格率及核心制度落实合格率均高于参照组，且两组患者自伤/自杀的发生率无对比差异(P＞0.05)，但研究组患者跌倒/坠床、伤人、擅自离院及压疮等不良事件发生率均低于参照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：对医联体医院精神科患者实施基于循证构建精神科护理质量敏感性指标进行护理服务，可通过提高护理质量评分及核心制度落实合格率，有效降低患者不良事件发生率，提高患者护理满意度。

Abstract

Objective:To explore the clinical application of evidence-based construction of sensitivity index of psychiatric nursing quality in psychiatric nursing of joint hospital.
Methods:Randomly selected local medical couplet of psychiatric hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 of 60 patients admitted in 12 months,and randomly divided into control group(30 cases,the conventional nursing)and group(30 cases,evidence-based build psychiatric nursing quality sensitivity index),compared two groups of nursing quality,to carry out the qualification rate of the core systems and the incidence of adverse events.
Results:The patient care team of quality qualified rate and core system to carry out the pass rate is higher than the control group,and two groups of patients with self-injury/suicide incidence of contrast the difference(P>0.05),but the team fall/drop in patients with bed,hurt,leave the hospital and the incidence of pressure ulcers and other adverse events were lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).
Conclusion  :The implementation of evidence-based psychiatric nursing quality sensitivity indicators for psychiatric patients in joint medical hospitals can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events and improve patients'nursing satisfaction by improving the nursing quality score and the qualified rate of core system implementation.
