中药治疗类风湿关节炎的常用药分析

摘要

目的 对类风湿关节炎患者治疗中常用中药进行总结归纳，并分析中药用药规律。方法 本次实验对象为接受中药治疗的类风湿关节炎患者，患者人数为400人，中药方共计361种，本次实验在2019年10月初开始实施，正式结束时间为2021年5月。研究人员在本次实验中借助计算机软件SPSS23.0对中药方中的数据进行分析和整理，记录中药应用情况。结果 全面分析本次实验，所选361个中药方中共计涉及到的中药共计196味，其中应用较多的中药为甘草、当归等，以温里药、解表药、清热药、活血化瘀药、补虚药及祛风湿药为主。结论 温里药、解表药、清热药、活血化瘀药、补虚药及祛风湿药在类风湿关节炎患者治疗中有着较为广泛的应用，其中以甘草、当归、牛膝、川乌、桂枝为代表。

Abstract

Objective: To summarize and summarize the commonly used Chinese medicines in the treatment of patients with rheumatoid arthritis, and to analyze the rules of Chinese medicine use.
Methods: The subjects of this experiment were rheumatoid arthritis patients who were treated with traditional Chinese medicine. The number of patients was 400. There were 361 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions. The experiment started in early October 2019 and officially ended in May 2021. In this experiment, the researchers used the computer software SPSS23.0 to analyze and sort the data in the Chinese medicine prescriptions, and record the application of Chinese medicine. Result: Through a comprehensive analysis of this experiment, a total of 196 Chinese medicines are involved in the selected 361 Chinese medicine prescriptions. Among them, licorice, angelica, etc. are more commonly used. Stasis medicine, tonic medicine and rheumatism medicine are the main ones.
Conclusion  : Warming medicine, anti-epidermic, clearing heat, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, tonic and dispelling rheumatism have a wide range of applications in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis patients. Among them, licorice, angelica, achyranthes bidentata and Sichuan Wu , Guizhi as a representative.
