Effect of TCM emotional nursing combined with acupoint application on psychological emotion of patients with coronary heart disease
中医情志护理联合穴位敷贴对冠心病患者心理情绪的影响研究

摘要

目的 分析中医情志护理联合穴位敷贴对冠心病患者心理情绪的影响。方法 以2018年12月-2019年12月到我院治疗的120例冠心病患者作为研究对象，采用电脑随机的方法分为实验组和对照组各60例。对照组采用常规护理，而实验组则采用中医情志护理联合穴位敷贴。邀请患者填写焦虑（SAS）/抑郁（SDS）自评量表进行评分并比较两组患者的心理状态评分，比较两组患者护理后的治疗效果。结果 实验组患者心理SAS(45.2±4.3)和SDS评分(42.8±6.3)均低于对照组患者SAS(56.3±5.5)和SDS评分(58.1±3.9)，t=16.14,46.00，P＜0.05有统计学意义。实验组冠心病患者的治疗有效率（96.66%）高于对照组患者（83.33%），2=5.92，P﹤0.05有统计学意义。结论 中医情志护理联合穴位敷贴应用于冠心病患者的护理中可以有效避免患者陷入焦虑和抑郁的情绪中，提升患者的治疗效果，中医情志护理联合穴位敷贴在临床对冠心病患者的护理中具有推广价值。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the effect of TCM emotional nursing combined with acupoint application on the psychological emotion of patients with coronary heart disease.
Methods: 120 patients with coronary heart disease treated in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the experimental group was given TCM emotional nursing combined with acupoint application.Patients were invited to fill out the self-rating anxiety(SAS)/depression(SDS)scale for scoring,and the psychological state scores of the two groups were compared.The therapeutic effects of the two groups after nursing were compared.
Results: The psychological SAS(45.2±4.3)and SDS score(42.8±6.3)in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(56.3±5.5)and SDS score (58.1±3.9), t=16.14,46.00, P<0.05 was statistically significant.The effective rate of the experimental group(96.66%)was higher than that of the control group(83.33%),2=5.92,P<0.05 was statistically significant.
Conclusion  : TCM emotional nursing combined with acupoint application in the nursing of patients with coronary heart disease can effectively avoid patients falling into anxiety and depression,and improve the therapeutic effect of patients.TCM emotional nursing combined with acupoint application has promotion value in clinical nursing of patients with coronary heart disease.
