Application of Orthopedics Nursing Clinical Pathway in Treatment of Patients with Ankle Joint Fracture
骨科护理临床路径在治疗踝关节骨折患者中的应用

摘要

目的 分析在治疗踝关节骨折患者中应用护理临床路径的临床效果。方法 于骨科中选取76例踝关节骨折患者作为实验研究对象，在骨折后患者存在有不同程度的疼痛感，在对患者实施护理干预前，采取随机数字法将76例患者随机分配为对照组、观察组，每组38例患者，分别使用常规护理、骨科护理临床路径，并对比其临床效果。结果 在采取护理前，两组患者的Fugl-Meyer评分、VAS评分无较大差异，（P＞0.05）；同时在采取干预后，观察组患者的Fugl-Meyer评分分别为（78.33±5.28）分、（1.24±0.23）分，较之对照组有明显数据差异，（P＜0.05）。其次，观察组患者满意度也显著高于对照组，数据间存在有统计学意义，（P＜0.05）。结论 对踝关节骨折患者实施骨科护理临床路径效果显著，对改善患者肢体运动功能有积极意义。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of applying nursing clinical pathways in the treatment of patients with ankle fractures.
Methods: 76 patients with ankle joint fractures were selected as experimental research objects in the orthopedics department. After the fracture, the patients have different degrees of pain. Before the nursing intervention of the patients, the 76 patients were randomly assigned as the control group by the random number method, Observation group, 38 patients in each group, respectively use conventional nursing and orthopedic nursing clinical pathways, and compare their clinical effects.
Results: Before taking care, the Fugl-Meyer scores and VAS scores of the two groups were not significantly different (P>0.05); at the same time, after the intervention, the Fugl-Meyer scores of the observation group were (78.33±5.28). Points, (1.24±0.23) points, there is a significant difference in data compared with the control group (P<0.05). Secondly, the patient satisfaction of the observation group was also significantly higher than that of the control group, and there was statistical significance among the data (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : The clinical path of orthopedic nursing for patients with ankle joint fractures has a significant effect, and it has a positive significance in improving the motor function of the patients' limbs.
