Study on the combination of psychological nursing and humanized nursing in orthopedic nursing
心理护理和人性化护理在骨科护理中结合研究

摘要

目的 探讨在骨科患者护理中人性化护理干预联合心理护理的应用效果。方法 本次研究对象为我院收治的骨科患者，共88例，选取时间为2019年12月-2020年10月，在患者住院期间，分别应用常规护理模式、人性化护理联合心理护理模式，并以此为依据将所选患者分组实验，对应组名为对照组、观察组，每组人数均等，各为44例。结果 在两组骨科患者护理满意度、康复效果的比较中，观察组对应指标明显优于另一组，差异符合统计学意义的评判标准（P＜0.05）。结论 在人性化护理与心理护理的联合应用下，患者的心态、情绪得到很好的安抚，充分体现了“以患者为中心”的护理原则，服务内容能够照顾到患者的方方面面，将其用于骨科患者护理中，有利于患者身体的尽快康复，具有较高的应用价值。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the application effect of humanized nursing intervention combined with psychological nursing in the nursing of orthopedic patients.
Methods: The subjects of this study are orthopedic patients admitted to our hospital, a total of 88 cases. The selection period is from December 2019 to October 2020. During the patient's hospitalization, the conventional nursing model and the humanized nursing combined psychological nursing model were applied. Based on this, the selected patients were divided into groups for experiment. The corresponding groups were named control group and observation group. The number of people in each group was equal, with 44 cases in each group.
Results: In the comparison of the nursing satisfaction and rehabilitation effect of orthopedic patients between the two groups, the corresponding indicators of the observation group were significantly better than those of the other group, and the difference met the criteria of statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : Under the combined application of humanized nursing and psychological nursing, the mentality and emotion of patients are well comforted, which fully reflects the principle of "patient-centered" nursing, and the service content can take care of all aspects of the patient and use it In the nursing of orthopedic patients, it is conducive to the quick recovery of the patient's body, and has high application value.
