Observation on the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery model in high-quality nursing of trauma and orthopedics
快速康复外科模式在创伤骨科优质护理中的效果观察

摘要

目的 对创伤骨科优质护理中快速康复外科模式的应用效果进行分析。方法 本次实验对象为创伤骨科患者，实验开始于2018年12月，结束于2020年9月，共计130例患者参与本次实验中来。对所选患者进行随机编号，奇数编号患者均划分为对照组，偶数编号患者划分为实验组。通过优质护理模式护理对照组患者，通过优质护理联合快速康复外科模式护理实验组患者，分析和对比两组患者并发症出现情况、护理认可度、疼痛时间。结果 系统分析本次实验，实验组患者并发症出现概率下降幅度相比对照组患者较大，两组相关数据之间差异较为凸显，（p＜0.05）；展开分析本次实验，实验组患者护理认可度上升幅度相比对照组患者较大，两组相关数据之间差异较为凸显，（p＜0.05）；对本次实验进行深入的分析，实验组患者疼痛时间缩减幅度相比对照组患者较大，两组相关数据之间差异较为凸显，（p＜0.05）。结论 在创伤骨科护理中优质护理联合快速康复外科模式的应用效果明显优于优质护理模式，其在降低并发症出现概率、促进患者护理认可度提升、缩短患者疼痛时间方面有着较为突出的作用。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the application effect of the rapid rehabilitation surgery model in the quality nursing of trauma and orthopedics.
Methods: The subjects of this experiment are orthopedic trauma patients. The experiment started in December 2018 and ended in September 2020. A total of 130 patients participated in this experiment. The selected patients were randomly numbered, the odd-numbered patients were divided into the control group, and the even-numbered patients were divided into the experimental group. The patients in the control group were nursed through the high-quality nursing model, and the patients in the experimental group were nursed through the high-quality nursing combined with rapid recovery surgery model. The two groups of patients were analyzed and compared with the complications, nursing recognition, and pain time.
Results: Systematic analysis of this experiment showed that the incidence of complications in the experimental group decreased by a larger margin compared with the control group, and the difference between the two groups of related data was more prominent (p<0.05); to analyze this experiment, the experimental group patients The increase in nursing recognition is larger than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups of related data is more prominent, (p<0.05); an in-depth analysis of this experiment shows that the pain time of the experimental group is reduced compared with the control group Larger, the difference between the two sets of related data is more prominent, (p<0.05).
Conclusion  : In trauma orthopedics nursing, the application effect of high-quality nursing combined with rapid rehabilitation surgery model is significantly better than that of high-quality nursing model. It has a prominent role in reducing the probability of complications, promoting the recognition of patient care, and shortening the pain time of patients.
