Observation on the clinical effect of humanized nursing model in brain surgery nursing
人性化护理模式在脑外科护理中的临床效果观察

摘要

目的 本次研究脑外科患者运用人性化护理模式的效果。方法 本次研究需要选取脑外科患者，病例数56例，纳入时间段为2020年1月~2020年5月。为了提升研究效果，采用分组式结果分析，患者平均分为观察组（n=28例）与对照组（n=28例），组别不同运用的护理对策不同，对照组患者运用常规护理方式，观察组患者采用人性化护理模式，研究期间需要护理人员做好记录工作，重点记录患者护理有效率、服务态度、护理操作、沟通以及健康教育评分。结果 采用人性化护理模式的观察组脑外科患者，护理有效率为92.85%，明显低于对照组患者护理有效率75%，两组研究数据差异度高（P＜0.05）。结论 为提升脑外科患者护理效果，本次研究对脑外科患者实施人性化护理，结果显示患者护理效果明显提升，护理满意度有效提高，对患者疾病恢复具有重要促进作用，可在临床推广运用。

Abstract

Objective: To study the effect of humanized nursing model in brain surgery patients.
Methods: This study needs to select brain surgery patients, the number of cases is 56, and the period of inclusion is from January 2020 to May 2020. In order to improve the effect of the study, the grouped results analysis was adopted. Patients were divided into observation group (n=28 cases) and control group (n=28 cases). Different groups used different nursing strategies. The control group used conventional nursing methods. Patients in the observation group adopt a humanized nursing model. During the study period, nursing staff need to do a good job of recording, focusing on recording patient care efficiency, service attitudes, nursing operations, communication, and health education scores.
Results: The effective rate of nursing care for brain surgery patients in the observation group who adopted the humanized nursing model was 92.85%, which was significantly lower than the 75% effective rate of care for patients in the control group. There was a high degree of difference in data between the two groups (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : In order to improve the nursing effect of brain surgery patients, this study implements humanized nursing for brain surgery patients. The results show that the patient's nursing effect is significantly improved, and the nursing satisfaction is effectively improved. It has an important role in promoting the recovery of patients from disease and can be used in clinical applications.
