Effect of early rehabilitation nursing on the recovery of limb function of stroke patients
早期康复护理对脑卒中患者肢体功能恢复的影响

摘要

目的 对脑卒中患者护理过程中早期康复护理的应用效果进行分析。方法 本次实验对象为脑卒中患者，实验时间集中在2018年3月-2020年8月，共计86例患者参与本次实验中来。所选患者均接受随机编号处理，对照组患者编号均为奇数，实验组患者编号为偶数。通过一般护理模式护理对照组患者，通过早期康复护理模式护理实验组患者，对两组患者神经功能缺损评分、肢体功能评分及患者亲属护理满意度进行分析及对比。结果 对本次实验进行系统的分析，实验组患者神经功能缺损评分下降幅度相比对照组患者较大，数据之间差异凸显，（p＜0.05）；对本次实验展开分析，实验组患者肢体功能评分提升幅度相比对照组患者较大，数据之间差异凸显，（p＜0.05）；展开分析本次实验，实验组患者亲属护理满意度上升幅度相比对照组患者较大，数据之间差异凸显，（p＜0.05）。结论 在脑卒中患者护理过程中早期康复护理的应用效果显著优于一般护理模式，其在降低患者神经功能缺损评分、提高患者肢体功能评分及患者亲属护理满意度方面有着较为突出的作用。

Abstract

Objective: T o analyze the application effect of early rehabilitation nursing in the nursing process of stroke patients.
Methods: The subjects of this experiment were stroke patients. The experiment time was concentrated from March 2018 to August 2020. A total of 86 patients participated in this experiment. The selected patients received random numbering, the control group had odd numbers, and the experimental group had even numbers. The patients in the control group were nursed through the general nursing model, and the patients in the experimental group were nursed through the early rehabilitation nursing model. The two groups of patients were analyzed and compared with neurological deficit scores, limb function scores and the satisfaction of patients' relatives. Result: A systematic analysis of this experiment showed that the neurological deficit scores of the experimental group decreased more than those of the control group, and the differences between the data were prominent (p<0.05); the analysis of this experiment showed that the experimental group patients The improvement of limb function scores is larger than that of the control group, and the difference between the data is prominent, (p<0.05); in the analysis of this experiment, the improvement of the relative nursing satisfaction of the experimental group patients is larger than that of the control group. The difference between them is prominent, (p<0.05).
Conclusion  : The application effect of early rehabilitation nursing in the nursing process of stroke patients is significantly better than the general nursing model. It has a prominent role in reducing the neurological deficit score, improving the limb function score of the patient and the nursing satisfaction of the patient's relatives.
