目的 研究对流行性乙型脑炎昏迷患儿的护理方法及效果效果。方法 研究选择我院自2019年5月-2020年4月收治的36例流行性乙型脑炎昏迷患儿患者，对患儿进行基础护理、高热护理、昏迷护理对呼吸衰竭护理、心理护理，分析对患儿的护理效果，计算36例患儿中治愈例数与死亡例数，统计患儿治愈率与死亡率。结果 36例患儿治愈35例，治愈率97.22%（35/36），死亡1例，病死率2.78%（1/36）。结论 对流行性乙型脑炎昏迷患儿进行必要的基础护理、高热护理、昏迷护理对呼吸衰竭护理、心理护理，可提升患儿治愈率，值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To study the nursing methods and effects of Japanese encephalitis coma children. Methods: The study selected 36 patients with coma with Japanese encephalitis admitted in our hospital from May 2019 to April 2020, and provided basic care, high fever care, coma care, respiratory failure care, and psychological care to the children. Analyze the effect of nursing care of children, calculate the number of cured cases and death cases among 36 children, and calculate the cure rate and mortality of children. Results: 35 cases of 36 children were cured, the cure rate was 97.22% (35/36), 1 case died, and the fatality rate was 2.78% (1/36). Conclusion : The necessary basic nursing, high fever nursing, coma nursing, respiratory failure nursing and psychological nursing for children with Japanese encephalitis coma can improve the cure rate of children and are worthy of clinical application.
