Observation on the effect of emergency clinical treatment of sudden critical arrhythmia
突发危重心律失常的急诊临床治疗效果观察

摘要

目的 分析突发危重心律失常患者的急诊方法及临床治疗效果。方法 选取2019年3月至2020年3月我院收治的突发危重心律失常患者130例，对所有患者的急救效果及后续病情稳定情况，进行全方面的观察研究。结果 在130例突发危重心律失常患者中，死亡患者人数为29例，其余患者的生命体征均趋于平稳，后续病情稳定率为96.04％。结论 利用电除颤、心脏复苏和服用药物等措施，对突发危重心律失常患者展开救治工作，能够使患者的病症情况得到较好的控制，令患者的生存率显著提高。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the emergency treatment methods and clinical treatment effects of patients with sudden and critical arrhythmia.
Methods: A total of 130 patients with sudden and critical arrhythmia admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected to conduct a comprehensive observational study on the emergency response and subsequent stable conditions of all patients.
Results: Among the 130 patients with sudden critical arrhythmia, 29 died. The vital signs of the remaining patients stabilized, and the follow-up rate of stable disease was 96.04%.
Conclusion  : The use of electrical defibrillation, cardiac resuscitation and medications to treat patients with sudden and critical arrhythmia can better control the patient's illness and significantly improve the survival rate of patients.
