新生儿科护士人文关怀能力及影响因素分析

摘要

目的 探究新生儿科护士人文关怀能力及影响因素，并分析对患儿家属的护理满意度影响。方法 随机抽取我院新生儿科250例护士作为调研主体，同时随机选择250例护士负责的患儿作为另一主体，均分甲乙两组，甲组护士实施深造培训，乙组护士并未参与，比较两组患者家属护理满意度，分析新生儿科护士人文关怀能力的影响因素。结果 年龄、教育程度等因素均为新生儿科护士人文关怀能力的关键影响因素，且甲组患者家属满意度要高于乙组患者家属，比较差异显著，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 新生儿科护士人文关怀能力总体较低，与年龄、教育程度等相关因素息息相关，且应加强新生儿科护士的专业培训力度，旨在提升患者及其家属的护理满意度，整体上提升新生儿科的临床护理质量。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the humanistic care ability and influencing factors of nurses in the neonatology department, and analyze the impact on the nursing satisfaction of the families of patients.
Methods: 250 nurses in the neonatology department of our hospital were randomly selected as the main body of investigation, and 250 children under the charge of nurses were randomly selected as the other main body. Comparing the nursing satisfaction of the family members of the two groups of patients, and analyzing the influencing factors of the humanistic care ability of the neonatological nurses.
Results: Age, education level and other factors are the key influencing factors of the humanistic care ability of neonatology nurses, and the satisfaction of the family members of group A patients is higher than that of the family members of group B patients. The difference is significant and statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : The humanistic care ability of neonatology nurses is generally low, which is closely related to age, education level and other related factors, and the professional training of neonatology nurses should be strengthened to improve the nursing satisfaction of patients and their families and improve the neonatology as a whole The quality of clinical care.
