Abstract

Objective: To study the application value of individualized nutritional intervention based on NRS-2002 combined with PG-SGA in the perioperative period of radical cervical cancer patients.
Methods: 56 patients who underwent radical cervical cancer treatment in our hospital were randomly divided into a control group (n=28) and an intervention group (n=28). The perioperative period was carried out with routine nursing and routine nursing combined based on NRS- In 2002, combined with PG-SGA individualized nutrition intervention. Before and after the intervention, the nutritional status of the two groups of patients was investigated, and the incidence of surgical complications was counted.
Results: After the intervention, the proportion of patients with moderate and severe malnutrition in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The total incidence of postoperative complications in the intervention group was 7.14%, which was lower than 25% in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : In the perioperative period of patients undergoing radical cervical cancer surgery, the implementation of individualized nutrition intervention based on NRS-2002 combined with PG-SGA can effectively improve the nutritional status of patients and reduce the incidence of surgical complications.
