目的 研究快速康复外科理念指导下甲状腺围手术期护理效果。方法 本次研究开始时间为2019年2月，结束时间为2019年12月，需要选取70例甲状腺癌患者，患者均自愿参与研究，符合本次研究标准。采用等分制研究，对照组（n=35例）甲状腺癌手术患者运用常规护理方式，观察组（n=35例）甲状腺癌手术患者围围手术期运用快速康复理念护理，研究期间需要护理人员做好记录工作，重点记录患者术后下床时间、住院时间、VAS、并发症发生率以及护理满意度。结果 观察组患者术后下床时间、住院时间均短于对照组患者，两组研究数据差异度高（P＜0.05）。结论 为了提升甲状腺癌围手术期护理效果，本次研究对患者围手术期运用快速康复外科护理，结果显示患者并发症发生率、术后下床时间、住院时间均短于对照组，总体使用效果显著。
Objective: To study the perioperative nursing effect of thyroid under the guidance of rapid rehabilitation surgery concept. Methods: The study started in February 2019 and ended in December 2019. 70 patients with thyroid cancer need to be selected. All patients voluntarily participate in the study, which meets the research criteria. Adopting an equal division study, the control group (n=35 cases) thyroid cancer surgery patients using conventional nursing methods, and the observation group (n=35 cases) thyroid cancer surgery patients using rapid recovery nursing care during the perioperative period. Nursing staff are needed during the study. Do a good job of recording, focusing on recording the time that patients get out of bed, hospital stay, VAS, complication rate and nursing satisfaction. Results: The time to get out of bed and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and there was a high degree of difference in the research data between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion : In order to improve the perioperative nursing effect of thyroid cancer, this study uses rapid rehabilitation surgical care for patients during the perioperative period. The results show that the incidence of complications, postoperative bed time, and hospital stay are shorter than those of the control group. The overall use The effect is remarkable.
