目的 分析老年临终患者安宁疗护的临床实施。方法 选取时间段为2018.5月~2020.5月之间，我院收治的46例老年临终患者，将其作为本次实验的研究对象，并在入组后采用摸球法随机分为对照组和观察组，每组患者23例。实施常规护理的为对照组，实施安宁疗护护理的为观察组，对比两组患者家属对护理工作的满意度。结果 对比两组患者家属满意度，观察组为95.65%，对照组为82.61%，观察组明显优于对照组，（P＜0.05），具有统计学意义。结论 安宁疗护在老年临终患者的护理中有着显著的效果，不仅可以提高患者的舒适度和安宁度，还有助于患者家属满意度的提升。
Objective: To analyze the clinical implementation of nursing care for elderly dying patients. Method: The selected time period is from May 2018 to 2020.5. 46 elderly dying patients admitted to our hospital were selected as the research object of this experiment. After being enrolled, they were randomly divided into control group and observation group by touching the ball. Group, 23 patients in each group. The control group was given routine care and the observation group was given tranquility care. The satisfaction of the families of the two groups of patients with nursing work was compared. Results: Comparing the satisfaction of family members between the two groups, the observation group was 95.65% and the control group was 82.61%. The observation group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05), which was statistically significant. Conclusion : Anning therapy has a significant effect in the care of elderly dying patients. It can not only improve the comfort and tranquility of patients, but also help improve the satisfaction of patients' families.
